Project costs are billed based on time projections. Like a construction project, an agreed upon sum will be predetermined based on expected completion. Additional costs may be incurred if significant changes to the scope of the project are incurred. All work will be pre-negotiated with contractual obligations to both the client and Transition Element Limited. The assumed hourly cost is 45$ CAD/Hour. Some projects may require specific testing or materials that are not available in house. These prices will be presented in the contractual agreement and stipulated before they are purchased or acquired. The costs of those materials or testing will be presented up front and agreed upon before those costs are incurred.

Projects are completed on a first come first serve basis. Each project is evaluated for its viability and our ability to complete it in a timely and cost effective manner. A reply will be done pending the current workload and overall operational capabilites.

Some projects may be beyond our the scope or capabilities. This will occur at the initial consultation phase, with no fees being charged where no work is completed. If a project is found to fall outside of our capabilities while work is done, a flat fee of 500$ CAD may be imposed if 10 or more hours have been invested into said project.
